Hello ma’am If by eating food a child or any adult will become fair then I am sure everybody would want to eat the food to become fair because I think there is this competition for everybody to be fair these days. But I would just simply like to tell you that there is no food to make a child care if you are fair then your child will be fair otherwise it is your child’s complexion whatever it is just accept it because every complexion is beautiful
