include rice water, dal water, fruit puree, vegetables puree, homemade cerelac, porridge, smashed banana, chikko, potato, etc.
check if any sign of intolerance, discomfort or allergy whenever you feed any food for the first time.
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours
maintain good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding

then gradually you can start to offer different vegetables fruit and rice
