Q.
what food to give for 3 yrs old kid having stomach upset.He is taking antibiotics recommend by Dr for the same.Please suggest what u can give for breakfast lunch and dinner

Hello mom in such condition keeping the child well hydrated is very much important, so fluids are essential now , so coconut water , ORS , fresh juicy fruits or juices, butter milk , curds, vegetable soups , mild flavoured foods like idli , Upma, kichidi , dalia , porridge etc would be helpful.
