A. Hello mom nine month old baby can be given a mix of semisolid to soft consistency diet. Gradually introduce new flavours and variety to their diet routine. You can now give Roti, rice, different variety of dals . Chana, rajma., egg, yolk, fish, if preferred also dry fruits and nuts milk in a cooked form such as kHeer, Paneer, curd, ghee. Seasonal fruits and vegetables, sago, oats, Dalia, etc.
