Namaste Father baby can be given now almost nearing to family foods as such soft consistency foods can be given to them so rice roti dal ragi porridge idli upma dosa / chilla dals legumes such as chana lobia rajma egg yolk chicken dry fruits fish seasonal fruits vegetables
