what food should I incorporate for my baby at 6 months apart from milk when should I introduce solid foods

A. If The child has completed six months of age then you can introduce semisolid and water to the child you can start with porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato Suji Kheer Upma ragi oats Paneer cheese curd quinoa all these things are very healthy to go for apart from that you can give vegetable slurry and fruits to the child
