NavyaMom of 2 children1 week agoA. A normal home made food for family can be included in your child's meal. Offer protein rich foods. Use milk, curd, paneer, vegetables, fruits, green leaves and dry fruits. Add a spoon of ghee for that extra richness in food. Use spices like a pinch of turmeric, pepper, jeera powders. Also include salt and sugar in a very less quantity.
Avoid outside foods, packaged foods, packed fruit juices, baked foods.
