the minimum diet to be given is half a katori that is around 100 ml 3 times per day made from cereals pulses vegetables.
half katori twice daily from fruits
and milk to be continued
at this age also milk consist of 70% of the diet so no need to rush much upon thde food.
homemade diet is better compared to readymade processed baby food.
also fruits andd juices can be added and you can add dry fruits powder also.

Porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato all kind of fruits and vegetables in fact what ever vegetables were traditionally cooking at home can also be given to the child already because it will have all the spices and salt for a proper flavour to the food
