U Can start with dal rice water then you can slowly shift a vegetable purée porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato all kind of food can be given to the child along with that you can go ahead with giving Suji Kheer Upma Halwa all kinds of dairy products to the child and different varieties made out of rahi and oats and water
