A. at 2 years the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts

The food that we consume on an every day basis is the most healthy food to be given to the child so your childhood practically be eating all of that only there is nothing extra specific that I will advise you to go for child should maintain a proper diet plan with what we eat on an every day basis
