A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Sfupplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetitge. kidspro protein powder with milk Diet counselling is also very important .

A. Hi mom U can give ragi sooji and oats porridge made with milk, give dalia, u can give milk with cornflakes,.. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
