what food can i give for my 1 year old with fever

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly give easily digestible food for few days like rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana poha upma and do not give milk to the child but you can continue breastfeeding if going on.
also it is advisable not to give any mcilk products like outside milk cerelac milk powder cow milk animal milk.
you cannot givxe chocolate and icecream.
you cannot give outside food as well as preservative food.
avoid giving raw food and also sugary food
avoid tea coffee

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
