ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, you can give sliced fruits, boiled and sliced veggies, soaked almonds, scrambled egg, home made wheat based momos etc but introduce one new food at a time. Make sure the kid is sitting straight while eating.
ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. the finger foods that you can give to your child are pieces of soft fruits like banana, chickoo, foods like idli, dhokla (fermented foods are healthy) , besan chila, cucumber pieces, murmura, stuffed paratha, boiled egg, cheese slice
avoid foods that can choke like grapes, nuts and raw carrot pieces.
