what ever food all give for 6 month baby

A. start with liquids only like dal ka Pani or rice water or fruit purees. slowly switch to semi solid meals like khichdi dalia oats etc with added fruits and vegetables

A. Hi mommy Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give two liquid diet follow by BM or formula milk Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
