When the placenta of baby is near to your vagina. Mostly it floats upper side of a stomach but when it is on lower side then it is considered as low-lying placenta. Mostly it gets normal by its own in the second trimester of pregnancy. But sometimes it doesn’t get normal till the time of delivery
