like mung dal without chilka with rice , khichdi , porridge , light daliya , curd
fluids as soup , buttermilk , fresh fruit juice , water
soft boiled egg
fruits
boiled carrot pumpkin
sweetpotato
avoid fried spicy food
RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl1 Year agoA. Then you should give more of fluids to the child right now you can do good number of daily product apart from milk other than that I would just advise you that you shift to gluten-free diet for the timing which is going to be helpful
