Give small and frequent meals
Include food like milk and banana , oats, eggs, dry fruits , Chikoo, green vegetables, ghee, butter, ragi in the diet
Reduce the intake of milk to 400ml per day as milk suppresses the appetite
U can also include paneer and curd also mixed seeds dry fruit ladoo, aata ladoo in the diet
Do not force feed the child
Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom..include ghee in moderation in babys food.. giev well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits..use Babyhug high chair for proper meal time.
