what diet chart needs to followed by mom after delivery?

A. Hello A new mom should have a balanced diet Give small and frequent meals do not give large meals Include food like daliya with jaggery and milk, veg daliya, oats, khichdi, green vegetables specially methi, lauki, gilki n all, fruit, jeera, ajwain, saunf, methidana seeds, flaxseeds in diet as they help to increase milk production Have ajwain water as they help in digestion and avoid gas Water 3-4 litre everyday Dry fruit and atta ladoo should be taken as a snack to get max benefit from it
