What can we give to our 10 month old daughter for feeding since her mother have to go for job for 9-10 hours a day?

A. Hello father you can give rice , roti , dals , curds , panner , vegetable or soup form as well sago , dalia , idli , Upma , ragi porridge, multigrain porridge, oats, fruits , dry fruits , egg yolk , fish if preferred
