Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi for heat Rashes,you can try cool pack or apply baby soothing Calamine lotion on in it. prefer collar less loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child. keep your child in well vantileted room avoid to make your child wear mala or anything. maintain good hygiene use gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes to clean this part
