Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. Please give delcon syrup to the baby n Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

Wikoryl Can be given to the child at this age the dosage is mostly going to be dependent upon the current weight of the child otherwise you can go ahead with 3.5 ML twice a day for three days and maximum five days and if needed give steam also to the child indirectly
