What can be given to kids with milk at night so that they sleep well? My daughter often wakes up hungry at midnight

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. it is better to give a proper diet before the child is sleeping do not give milk every time because it is just a habit for the child to take the milk in the night
