A. feed on demand To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output if the urine output is adequate it indicates adequate milk intake

A. Hello dear parent! Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Feed your baby for every 2 to 3 hours. The minimum milk intake should be around 150ml for every kg weight. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
