What are the valid reasons I can give to extend my maternity leave please suggest

A. you can ask for lwp for 1 - 2 months, work from home. or place half day leaves for a month or 2

A. Hello...it's a rule by government that one can get 6months of maternity leave...if you further want to extend it you can opt loss of pay upto a year in most of companies...you can give your baby reason or health condition of yours
