What are the thread like substances in the stool? Should I be concerned. My son is on solids.

A. Dear Mom, do not worry about baby's poop. It will be like this only when baby starts to feed initially So there is nothing to worry till there is no loose stool and baby passes normal motion

A. Hello dear parent!! Without personally examining the baby it is not possible to confirm the reason for such a poop. It is advisable for you to take your baby to the doctor to get evaluated and diagnose the discomfort. Follow your doctor’s instructions diligently. Continue breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
