Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children6 years agoA. iron is required for synthesis of haemoglobin if hemoglobin is less baby will be inactive tiredness there will be loss of appetite child will be irritable skin will be pale hair and nails will be brittle there will be soreness on the tongue and mouth See doctor for proper treatment
