A. A systolic heart murmur in a 9 month old baby is either completely harmless or structural.

A. Blood pumping sound from the heart so generally as far as I know this is not a problem but in case of any doubt that you have you can always get the child examined by the doctor and you can proceed with your doctor advised only if there’s anything that you need to do
