ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist2 years agoA. hi mom since mother is breastfeeding baby so have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well also have calcium supplements as advised by the doctor
