what are the milestones expected from a 7.5 month baby and how do i assure my baby is getting enough food/milk without weight machine

Look there is no such milestone to be achieved in this age and if the child is gaining sufficient amount of weight or not that you can actually check with the wings scale only but yes at the same time if you see that the child is eating properly not pooping immediately after the food and that is also a good and healthy sign that the weight gain is happening
