Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hai good evening !! During teething babies have mild fever,motions(as they keep toys,things into mouth due to stomach infection),hard swollen gums due to this they reject feed,cranky,bites or always want to latch...
These are few symptoms soothing with teethers or with your fingers,giving breast feed,finger foods will ease from gum pain.
Semi solids,finger foods,warm soups,malts are best to feed.

they have a mild temperature of less than 38C.
they have 1 flushed cheek.
they have a rash on their face.
they're rubbing their ear.
they're dribbling more than usual.
they're gnawing and chewing on things a lot.
they're more fretful than usual.
