A. baby is 2 years 6 months of age we can do all the traditional foods to the baby in fact we will be having better nutrition taking the food prepared in the house

A. Green vegetables, Fruits, oats, daliya, suji kheer, dry fruits, desi ghee, curd, paneer, milk, soya, all are important for the growing kids. Balance the nutrition in a day and try to avoid packet foods
