Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy.
Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time.
Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used.
Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

You must give green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits on daily basis. also give supplements like iron , calcium and vitamin etc but doctor's prescription only. Good luck and take care

Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Stay hydrated
Maintain hygiene
