In COMPLEMENTARY FEEDING start with two rules
Rule number 1 is that you have to give the food in the form which the child can swallow
Rule number 2 is that always give a new food for for 5 to 6 days to see whether the child is able to digest that food or not as well as it will help in creating the taste in the child.

Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Good luck and take care.
