what are the foods that will increase the immunity power?

A. Immunity of young children is developing hence cold and cough are frequent occurrence. allergens in the environment, weather conditions and pollution also contribute. but certain practices can help to reduce the incidence. alongwith top foods continue to breastfeed as it strengthens immunity. in top foods feed a balanced diet variety of foods , especially colourful fruits and vegetables are protective, include grated almonds in food, protein foods like pulses egg meat (after 9 months) ,soya, curds for gut immunity. Tulsi ginger herbal tea, turmeric milk, Avoid reduce intake of packaged, processed food Avoid bottle feeding Ensure good hydration child should engage in an hour of play time daily as physical activity strengthen immune system. exposure to sunlight boosts immunity through vitamin D Maintain good hygiene

A. Give carrots Give ginger juice and add ginger to daily food Give one spoon of organic honey everyday. An apple everyday Add garlic to everyday cooking. Tulsi leaves can be given Foods rich in vitamin C  are known to boost immunity, Fruits like oranges, lemons and other citrus fruits are all good sources of vitamin C. Yogurt is also very good. Kiwi is also good. Cauliflower also increases immune. Avacado is also good. Almonds daily a few can be given. Sweet potatos also increase immunity. limit tv and other gadgets, maintain food hygiene. Follow proper sleep routine. Do exercises. On time vaccination.
