You can initially start with some liquids say dal or rice water or vegetable soup or fresh fruit juices and once baby accepts it well move to porridge made with ragi or suji or multigrain mix or kichidi , steamed vegetables, fruit purée etc

probiotics like curd buttermilk lassi as per her suitability and season
meshed vegetables and fruits
khichdi daliya upma Sheera porridge khir etc can be given after she's comfortable wit the. above liquid type of food
