what are, the foods need to feed the baby to reach the proper nutrients to baby body?

A. Dear mum, after 6 months, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Continue to breastfeed and give milk recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, khichadi, vegetable dal rice. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Give 2 to 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time.
