ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom the baby can be given semi solids to soft consistency foods, you can try out one thing at a time & as the baby accepts it well you can gradually increase the quantity & variety & number of meals,
you can alternate it with your feed.
you can give them steamed vegetables, soups, fresh fruit juices, pulps, porridge made with ragi , suji, multigrain mix, kichidi, curds, ghee.
