Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually I am so breastfeeding mother whatever the food intake good supplements you take it comes in the form of breastmilk you to your baby so you have to be very careful with your food intake and also you can start of with the Ragi porridge and dal rice kind of food items now
