Include full fat dairy products, cream cheese, mayonnaise or puddings made from milk. Make healthy snacks like a granola bar, cereal bars and peanut butter crackers. Give oats. Give potatoes and sweet potatoes. Add olive oil to your kid's salads or other healthy foods. Give nuts like almonds, cashews, walnuts, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds. Give badam halwa or milkshakes garnished with these. Give eggs in the form of omelette, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, egg sandwich etc. Give avocados. Use jaggery in your kid's foods. Give papayas and pineapple.
