what are food that we can give to 7 month old baby ?

A. Hai good afternoon !! As baby is 7 months old you can give semi solid foods twice a day ,mid morning and evening rest of the day milk either breast milk or formula milk . Fruit,vegetable puriees,mashes,cerelac,porridges,kichdi avoid sugar,salt,oil,honey in baby foods until one year.
