What are food rich in calcium and iron for 10 month baby?

A. 1st to make sure calcium and iron get absorbed in body. for the same iron absorption vitamin c and calcium absorption vitamin D is important. if you are giving any iron rice food like leafy vegetable, broccoli, red kidney beans maks sure you squeez fresh lemon while feeding. calcium you can get from ragi, sesame seeds as well green vegetables, milk and milk products too.

A. Hello Mommy!! Foods like ragi, eggs, figs ( wet or dried), dates ( wet or dried) , walnuts and almonds are loaded with nutrients. You can add dry fruits powder while making porridges or soups. Eggs can be given in any form the baby likes.

A. foods like spinach and beetroot and dates and pomegranate are rich in iron. fir slightly older kids you can give mutton liver. that us very high in iron. if you eat non veg and are breastfeeding then you can eat and breastfeed the baby. milk is definitely rich in calcium. lady's finger is rich in calcium. but even that you can eat and breastfeed.
