ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi signs of teething include excessive drooling of saliva, swollen gums, itching in gums, irritated child, loose motions and raised temperature. during teething phase kids tend to put everything in mouth to get relief from itching in the gums.

Hello ma’am It can happen any time after completing the age of 6 to 7 months and the basic common signs are loss of appetite diarrhoea sometimes it could be vomiting also and a child is irritated for no reason crying all the time angry all the time these are certain signs where in you can think that this could be teething
