RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. All the spices including Sol to go ahead with giving regular food to the child what we eat on an every day basis is the most healthy food to be introduced to the child so salt chilli whatever that’s it natural and basic spices we use should be given
