Start with lunch and you should start giving porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato all the kind of fruits and vegetables can also be offered to the child from the early age search focus upon proper dairy products and since it is winter season it’s a very good idea to start giving or kind of dry fruits as well because they have their own importance in overall growth
