Hello mom the baby can be given a mix of semi solid to soft consistency foods , they can be introduced to new food one at a time you can give steamed vegetables , soups , fresh soft texture fruits , porridges made with ragi, multigrain mix, dalia, sago, oats , Upma,idli , kichidi, rice, dal, roti, panner, dry fruit and nuts., curds etc
