You have to look for what your child likes to do according to that you can alliance some activities for the child which is what is going to be good and that is what is going to be helpful you can look for some books some things online which is what is going to be good enough for the child to use

Thermophob you can apply and try to that you will do some cold spawns and ice cube that is going to help in settling down the swelling you can apply this and then the tube that I am suggesting that is going to help in bringing down the swelling over the period
