At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food. Variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
