The basic that is going to include all kind of dairy products Paneer cheese and curd you can give food made out of oats ragi and Suji make sure to include varieties of fruits and vegetables in the diet of your child and a good protein content which is going to be benefiting for growth and weight of your child and considering Khichdi and Dalia are very important
