A. Namaste Mom The child can be given all regular foods by now you can include foods such as eggs, chicken etc dry fruits nuts and seeds these can be soaked over night and discard the water and give or add in milk smoothies or kheer or have it as a snack fruit milk shakes such as avacado or banana or chikku or mango etc dals legumes such as lobia kala chana etc ghee panner soya etc
