#asktheexpert 1 week after the BCG vaccine. my 2 month old baby got swelling at the site of vaccination and now it broken and came up with blood and mucus. it is normal? and how to cure it?

A. Yes it normally happens any time after BCG vaccination that is very common so you just have to clean that area after that you can apply betaine and you can leave it open it is going to settle down within itself within a day or two if you require kindly consult your paediatrician please
